What hours can I call you if I have a question?
Our office hours are 9.0am 5:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00 - 4.30 on Sundays. Please call us on +44 (0)1727 822280.
Can I order something that you dont sell?
We will always try our utmost to get hold of an item for you.
If you want us to order something for you that we dont sell, we will need to take a 25% deposit. This will be non-refundable. So you need to be sure the size, colour, and specifications meet your needs.
Most suppliers will charge a special order fee but we will of course keep you informed of these fees. Sadly we are unable to offer a refund for special order items but we can offer you an exchange or a credit note; providing you still have the original packaging and that the labels are still attached. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for special orders but will keep you informed of your orders progress.
What happens if part or all of my order is out of stock?
We will refund you for the out-of-stock items and send you the items we do have in stock. We will contact you via email or phone to notify you of this.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes of course, just call us on +44 (0)1727 822280. Our office hours are 9.00am 5:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00 - 4.30 on Sundays.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Normal delivery times within the UK are 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will try to source it from the supplier which may delay your order. If items are needed by a particular date, please let us know so we can do all we can to get your order to you in time.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express through SagePay. We also accept payment via PayPal
Can you ship my order to my work address?
Of course! We can ship to most addresses within the UK.
What if Im not home when the courier tries and delivers my order?
If no-one is home to sign for your order you will be left a calling card by royal mail and the goods will be returned to the local depot or left with a neighbour. As per the instructions on your calling card you will need to contact your local depot to arrange re-delivery or collection. Remember you can have your order delivered to your work address to ensure someone is there to collect your order.
Can I get a refund in your shop for my online order?
You can exchange items purchased via Mail Order in our store or get a credit note within 14 days of receipt. If you require a refund, the goods must be posted back to our Mail Order department. The item must not have been worn and must have the original packaging/labels.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 14 days.
We take great care over this site, and endeavour to maintain up to the minute information across the whole system, however from time to time, due to human error, mistakes may occur. Should this happen we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible. The site and all associated and incorporated content is provided "as is", with no explicit or implicit declaration of factual accuracy.
Any items which are returned must be received back unused, with original packaging & labels attached in a re-saleable condition.

If you are returning a faulty item your carriage will be refunded
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge.
Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
